Please note, we ‘try’ to offer next day delivery. We are a small company where we work artisanal. After processing, your order is generally expected to arrive within 1-4 working days. However, larger orders may sometimes take longer. If you haven’t received your order after 10 working days, please contact our customer service.
Our return and exchange policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your order. We have a no questions asked policy regarding returns. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to our fast processing and delivery logistics, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. We recommend double-checking your shipping details before finalizing your order.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID via email. You can use this ID to keep an eye on the status and estimated delivery date of your order. If you have any issues or further queries, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
